Beta's Max Gerston finished 3rd at last weekend's AMA National Hare Scrambles championship held in Pioche, Nevada. The event was more like a Hare & Hound as the terrain was higher speed with desert-like dust. Gerston fell to second place in the championship points, however with three of the four remaining rounds being very technical the odds for a title are in his favor.

Max Gerston Comments:
The extremely fast and dusty track in Pioche, Nevada proved to be a tough one. The dust was blinding and lacked any bit of technicality. However, my 390 worked surprisingly well on the fast rocky track and I was able to earn a solid 3rd place. I am looking forward to the rest of the series and to see race wins in the future.
